I tried to install ncl binaries 10.8 on my mac 10.7 but getting the following error: The binaries available on the ncl download pages are for mac os 10.8 and 10.9.

You can try building NCL from source code. We don't have any Mac OSX 10.7 binaries, because I don't have access to such a system anymore.
